The 2016 Kia Cadenza belongs to the second generation, while the first model ever was made back in 2010. Since 2014, Cadenza has been fourth South Korean vehicle available in the United States, alongside Hyundai Genesis, Kia K900 and Hyundai Equus. Beside the US, Cadenza is also available in Canada, China, Brazil and Middle East. This model, also known as K7 in South Korea, will compete on the US luxury market with very competitive prices.

Under the hood of 2016 Kia Cadenza will be a V-6 engine with improved output of 340 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque, and it will be paired with the new seven speed dual clutch transmission unit. The top speed of the new Cadenza is rated at 130 miles per hour while to reach 0 – 60 mph it will need 6.9 seconds. Its fuel consumption is rated at 19 mpg in the city, 28 mpg on the highway and 22 miles per gallon combined.

The exterior of the 2016 Kia Cadenza is slightly changed and looks more powerful. Its front end is revised and now it features ice-cube fog lights and a new grille, which gives to the overall aggressive appearance. Some changes are visible on the rear too, where it features new taillights and redesigned trunk-lid spoiler. Overall, the car looks more handsome and more modern. We are sure that this is not the last word of design that comes from KIA and we expect to see more improvements on future cars made by this manufacturer.

Very few details are known when it comes to the 2016 Kia Cadenza interior. Its cabin will have seats covered in Nappa leather, its dash will be leather topped and chrome accents will improve the overall look of interior which will have fewer control buttons. We also know that new Cadenza will have more legroom, much more space in the trunk and its rear seats will be foldable which always helps with the transport of bulky items.
